✅ Infrequent
✅ Safe
This is what we call Progressive Stimulating Strength-Based Exercise, focusing on high-intensity strength for long-term success.

🍽️ Physical activity, on the other hand, is like eating.
It’s something we naturally enjoy and do often, But like eating, balance is key! 🚴‍♂️🏀🏃‍♀️ It nourishes our body and fuels our energy. 🛠️ Variety is your best friend! Walk, bike, row, play sports—mix it up!

It can be:
⚡️ Brief or Long
⚡️ Easy or Challenging
⚡️ Frequent
⚡️ Safe, Enjoyable, Sometimes Risky

The key? Do Both! Stay safe and find the right balance between structured exercise and physical activity.
